I, the undersigned, hereby consent to the collection, processing, and storage of my personal information by this club and the Quanto platform in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act 4 of 2013.

I understand that my personal information, including but not limited to my name, identification number, date of birth, contact details, photograph, and purchase history, will be used for the following purposes:

  • Identity verification and age compliance
  • Regulatory compliance and purchase limit enforcement
  • Communication regarding my account and purchases
  • Billing and subscription management

Step 6 — Review & Submit
Self-Registration: Your application will be reviewed by a club officer. You will receive an email once approved. Club chapter and rank will be assigned at that time.
